2. The essentials in brief
- This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising services.
- Fonts, scripts, images, the gallery and the 360° viewer are stored on this server. No data is sent to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or any other third party when you visit.
- Personal data is only processed where this is technically necessary (server log files) or when you write to me (contact form, e-mail).
- Videos from YouTube or Vimeo are only loaded once you explicitly allow it with a click.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany.
Every time a page is requested, the server automatically processes data sent by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, status code, the previously visited page (referrer) as well as browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable, for example to detect and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. The log files are not combined with other data and are deleted automatically after a short time.
A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
4. Encryption
The connection to this website is encrypted with TLS (https), so data you send – for example via the contact form – cannot be read by third parties.
5. No cookies, no storage in your browser
This website sets no cookies for visitors and stores no data in your browser. The language (English or German) is determined by the address of the page alone. Only when the site owner logs in to the administration area does WordPress set the cookies technically required for that login (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
6. Fonts
The fonts used (Barlow Condensed, Source Serif 4 and JetBrains Mono) are stored on this server and loaded from here. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider.
7. Contact form and e-mail
If you write to me via the contact form or by e-mail, I process the details you provide (name, e-mail address, subject and message) in order to answer your request. Messages from the contact form are sent to me by e-mail and are not stored in the website’s database.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or its preparation (for example an enquiry about IT consulting), and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – my legitimate interest is answering your message. I delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Videos from YouTube and Vimeo
The gallery may contain videos from YouTube or Vimeo. They are only loaded when you click “Play video” – no connection to YouTube or Vimeo is made before that.
After your click, the provider loads the video. Among other things, your IP address, the page you are on and information about your browser are transmitted to the provider, and the provider may set cookies. YouTube is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), Vimeo with the “Do Not Track” setting.

The legal basis is the consent you give with the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). It applies only to that video and the current page view. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google and Vimeo base such transfers on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
9. Links to social networks
This website links to my profiles on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and X (Twitter). These are plain links, not embedded social media plugins: no data is sent to these networks when you visit this website. Only when you click a link are you taken to the provider’s site, where its own privacy policy applies.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR) and the rights to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
Right to object: Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
An informal message to the e-mail address above is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
11. Further information
There is no automated decision-making, including profiling. You are not obliged to provide me with personal data; without it, however, I cannot answer a request.
